WHAT IS THE NEWS?
At AKION we are developing a NEW AI CONSULTATION VIDEO SERIES 🎬🎬🎬. The theme will be on using AI tools in your very small business. The series will cover entry level understanding and definitions of AI, the main tools and their strengths, how to start thinking of AI as a new tool and how it can be embedded into your business (with practical tools).
WHY?
Artificial Intelligence is here, it is part of our daily lives whether we utilize it already or not. The benefits of AI (and their possible pitfalls/risks) are still being understood across all industries, but one thing is for sure - you need to jump on this bandwagon. We are developing this video series FOR FREE so that our clients can come into our consultations with an existing base knowledge of AI and its possible practical applications in their business - as well as real costs (expenses and savings) they should expect.
WHEN?
From Early February 2026 and every week for 4 weeks we will be publishing new videos covering some basic areas of AI:
WHAT?
The first 4 parts of the series will cover the following:
1. The Basics - What is AI & Why do we Care? Demystifying AI (ChatGPT/Gemini): How to use it as a "Digital Assistant" for brainstorming and workflows.
2. Marketing - Creating Content in Minutes - Step: Use AI (eg. Canva) + AI writing to create a week of social posts in 30 minutes.
3. Operations- Saving Time on Admin - Automating email drafts and summarizing long documents or meeting notes.
4. Customer Care- Better Support, Less Effort

He leads AKION, bringing a clear, results-driven approach to complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Nash Petropoulos — Instructional designer and communications specialist with 17+ years across Australian higher-education and cultural sectors. He shapes our clients’ training, development, and capacity-building programmes—blending research, process design, and creative content.
Keegan Joyce — Consultant specializing in content creation and campaign delivery for social media and artistic projects. With a background in performance, video editing, and audio engineering, he turns creative briefs into sharp, high-impact visual and audio content for diverse clients.
Apostolos Sidiropoulos — Procurement & logistics specialist with 8+ years in operations—as our procurement & logistics lead he guides clients through demand planning, tendering, vendor/contract management, and cost tracking, and equips teams to identify suppliers and standardize processes for their projects.
Dimitris Vitalis - Our lead illustrator, artist, story boarder, and animator with decades of work across advertising blends traditional drawing with modern digital animation. He can help you set your visual language, character development and storyboards. He mentors the artist in you—turning briefs into production-assets for your business.
